4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation by the customer: If cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour, no refund will be given, and an additional cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
• Cancellation by the tour guide: In the event that the tour needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or natural disaster), you will be notified as soon as possible, and the full amount paid will be refunded. Alternatively, we can arrange for a different date if desired.
5. Liability
The services we provide are of the highest quality and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the tour, unless they result from our negligence or omission.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events (illness, accident, cancellation, etc.) that may arise during your trip.
7. Personal Data
The personal data we collect is used exclusively for processing your booking and communication with you. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to the Terms
